Betsy and the Boys
|
Most of this book is harmless, but Betsy wants to play football with the boys and with the help of her friend the policeman, manages to become a member of the team.
After ripping some of her clothes, however, her parents give her new ice skates and skating lessons at the time of football practice. Presumably
they think skating is more appropriate.
